By accessing or using the MUKESH ROAD CARRIERS (MRC) platform (website, mobile app, or API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MUKESH ROAD CARRIERS (MRC) operates as a marketplace connecting shippers with truck operators. We do not own or operate the trucks. We facilitate bookings, provide tracking technology, and offer customer support. Actual transport is performed by independent third-party operators.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless a credit account has been established. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, and route availability at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before scheduled pickup: 90% refund. Cancellations within 4 hours: 50% refund. No-show or same-day cancellation after truck dispatch: No refund. All refunds processed within 5-7 working days.
MUKESH ROAD CARRIERS (MRC)'s liability is limited to the freight value or Rs 50,000 per shipment, whichever is lower, unless cargo insurance has been purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or shipper-side delays.
Users must not ship explosives, narcotics, human remains, live animals (without specialized clearance), radioactive materials, or any goods illegal under applicable Indian law. MUKESH ROAD CARRIERS (MRC) reserves the right to reject or offload such shipments without liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration before litigation.
